2. Pricing & Discounts

Wholesale pricing is outlined in our official price list. Discounts vary according to order volume, product mix, and ordering frequency. Tailored pricing is available for high-volume or multi-state partners.

3. Orders & Payments

Minimum order quantities may apply. Orders are confirmed once payment terms are approved and any required deposits are received. Accepted payment methods include wire transfers and business checks

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipments are coordinated either from our California warehouse or directly from Greece, depending on order size and destination. All orders are handled with care and in full compliance with U.S. import regulations.

5. Returns & Claims

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include supporting documentation.
