Cultivated in the fertile soils of Messenicolas at 700 meters altitude, near Lake Plastiras and the foothills of the Agrafa Mountains, this wine reflects the unique character of its terroir. It represents the Greek interpretation of the world’s most celebrated red grape, offering both power and finesse in every glass.
Vinification Techniques
Produced through classic dry red wine vinification, this Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels. The process enhances its structural depth, intensifies its aromatic complexity, and ensures a harmonious integration of tannins, acidity, and oak character.


Tasting Notes
This dry red wine presents a blood-red color, dense and captivating. On the nose, it reveals layers of small red forest fruits, gooseberries, and wild cherries, alongside the hallmark green pepper notes typical of Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, it is full-bodied and robust, with firm tannins, balanced freshness, and a long, persistent aftertaste that lingers with both elegance and intensity.
Aging
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, Tales of Blood develops a well-rounded profile and has the structure to reward careful cellaring, offering complexity and maturity over time.
