Queen of Hearts is an accessible yet refined greek white wine, crafted by Nico Lazaridi at the Mackedon Winery in Northern Greece.

Since 2011, this wine has represented a new category in the estate’s portfolio, designed for everyday enjoyment without sacrificing quality. Blending international varieties like Chardonnay and Ugni Blanc with the Greek grapes Assyrtiko, Roditis, and Muscat, it offers a cosmopolitan profile rooted in Greek terroir.

Vinification Techniques
Produced through classic white wine vinification at low temperatures to preserve the full aromatic character of each grape variety.

Tasting Notes
This dry white wine shines with a bright green-yellow color and a delicate bouquet of white-flesh fruits accented by spring flower aromas. On the palate, it reveals fine structure, a refreshing mouthfeel, and a clean, lively aftertaste.

Aging
Queen of Hearts will respond well to aging for up to 2 years after harvest, maintaining freshness and aromatic balance.

Perfect Pairing
Serve chilled at 8-10˚C. An excellent match for Mediterranean cuisine, from seafood and pasta to seasonal green salads and light dishes.
