Inspired by the Mountain, Crafted for the Connoisseur
Magic Mountain White is a distinguished expression of Greek white wine, produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc.
Since its first release in 1993, it has become a signature label of Nico Lazaridi, sought after each year not only for its refined taste but also for its unique bottle, which changes its label with every new harvest. Inspired by the legendary Mount Pangeon, linked to Dionysus, Alexander the Great, and centuries of cultural exchange, this wine embodies both heritage and innovation.
Vinification Techniques
Fermentation takes place at different temperatures for each plot, ensuring the best expression of the grape. The wine then matures for at least six months in selected oak barrels, with regular batonnage on fine wine lees to enhance texture, complexity, and aromatic depth.

Tasting Notes
Bright yellow in color, Magic Mountain White presents an intense nose of tropical and citrus fruits. Sulfur notes blend harmoniously with vanilla and sweet spices derived from oak maturation. On the palate, it is full-bodied and oily, balanced by crisp acidity, and delivers a long, persistent aftertaste.
Aging
One of the few Greek white wines that truly benefits from aging, Magic Mountain White can be stored for up to 8 years. With time in the bottle, it develops tertiary aromas of dried fruits, peach jam, honey, nuts, ginger, and caramel, offering remarkable complexity and evolution.
Perfect Pairing
Serve best at 10-13˚C. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with seafood dishes such as fatty fish, shellfish, grilled squid, and pasta with seafood. It also complements poultry, pork, and fatty meats like goat and lamb, thanks to its high acidity. Additionally, it is an ideal companion for both fresh white cheeses and moderately aged varieties.
