Vinification Techniques
The vinification follows classic dry red wine methods, enriched with micro-oxygenation to enhance balance and depth. Instead of prolonged barrel aging, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks with oak chips, a process that preserves freshness while adding subtle oak complexity.
Tasting Notes
This dry red wine shows a deep purple color with expressive aromatic intensity. Notes of ripe red fruit, smoke, chocolate, and black pepper unfold gracefully on the nose. On the palate, it delivers medium acidity, round and soft tannins, and a well-balanced structure, leading to a pleasant and approachable finish.
