Produced according to a family recipe preserved since 1914, Ouzo of Tyrnavos from Kardasi Distillery reflects the artistry of Greek ouzo at its finest. 

The secret lies in the balanced blend of 15 aromatic seeds and herbs, some exceptionally rare, which impart a distinctive natural sweetness without the addition of sugar. Distilled slowly in a handcrafted copper pot still made by Greek artisans in Istanbul, the spirit develops remarkable depth and harmony. 

After resting in stainless steel tanks, it is filtered and bottled, delivering a refined ouzo with soft texture and pronounced aromas of anise, cinnamon, bitter almond, nutmeg, and mastic, an authentic ouzo Greek spirit that carries the heritage of Tyrnavos into every sip.
